Dispersoid of ethylene glycol distearate (pearlescing agent: PS-819)

The pearlescing agent is bright white milk with mild property, was made from negative ion, non-ion surfactant, diester, and humectant, it has good performance of pearl effect, only 1-5% addition can achieved good pearl luster. It is widely used in personal cleaning care products, such as shampoo, bath lotion and facial cleanser.

4) Heat-resistant: 40°C, 24h no separation, deposit and color changing
5) Cold-resistant: To be exposed under -5°C, the sample still keeps good after 24h placement when temperature recovered to room degree


Ethylene glycol distearate (EGDS): It is esterified directly from glycol and stearic acid under the action of activator. It can be used as pearlescing agent and opacifier in shampoo, bath lotion and other cleaning and cosmetic products. It will improve the aesthetic feeling of products, and improve the treating function in shampoo.
